Lead and mentor a testing team for large-scale Salesforce implementations; design and drive testing programs from project inception
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts; manage testing across functional, integration, and end-to-end scenarios
Validate configurations, data flows, integrations, and Lightning components; support UAT and coordinate defect management
Must-have skills
10+ years Quality Assurance experience; 8+ years Salesforce QA experience; led testing teams for large Salesforce projects
Deep Salesforce knowledge (custom objects, workflows, Lightning components)
Proficient in both manual and automated testing; strong API and data integration testing (ETL/ELT)
Agile methodologies; defect tracking (JIRA); DevOps-minded with CI integration
Excellent analytical and communication skills; collaboration across cross-functional teams
Advanced English; native Spanish
