Role & seniority: Assessment Coordinator / AP Campus Coordinator (mid-level administrative role supporting campus testing; reports to Campus Principal)
Stack/tools: Knowledge of District/state testing procedures; College Board testing; testing accommodations (SSD/504/MTSS); testing materials management; data evaluation; proctor training; strong IT skills
Plan, coordinate, and deliver campus trainings for state tests, College Board exams, and other campus tests; ensure proper testing logistics

Reports To Campus Prinicpal Work Year Days 184 days + 10 extra days Salary Actual salary will be calculated based upon experience. Primary Purpose Coordinate, support, and facilitate local, state, College Board, and CCMR-related assessments. Support and/or act as one of the Advanced Placement (AP) campus coordinators. Qualifications
Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited universityValid Texas teacher certification
Experience: Minimum of three years of teaching experienceSecondary teaching experience preferred Experience with Advanced Academics programs preferred Experience with state and/or college-entrance test administration experience preferred Major Responsibilities and Duties Attend all District training regarding testing and assessment. Coordinate and deliver campus training for state assessments, College Board testing, and other campus designated tests. Coordinate and monitor payment for College Board testing. Collaborate with the Campus Section 504/MTSS Facilitator, as well as campus, SPED, and ESL educators/administrators to ensure students receive appropriate testing accommodations. Serve as the Students with Disabilities (SSD) Coordinator by submitting and managing student accommodation requests for College Board exams, ensuring compliance with policies and effective communication with students, families, and staff. Facilitate the organization and preparation of testing materials in accordance with individual testing requirements and with established testing protocols and guidelines. Develop seating plans, assign proctoring duties, and prepare testing facilities. Coordinate and monitor proper testing protocols for all student assessments and provide logistical guidance in all areas of testing. Maintain proper documentation for all testing components and ensure the security and confidentiality of all testing materials and student information. Collaborate with campus administrators to organize and plan for administration and follow up local, state, CCMR-related, and College Board testing processes. Evaluate individual student data. Train proctors on campus. Prepare rosters for eligible students for testing. Collaborate with staff to ensure documented accommodations are accurate for each student. Manage inventories on all testing materials before, during, and after testing.
