Primary Purpose
Assists in coordinating all campus State and Local assessments and disaggregating/researching assessment data. Assists campus administration with all campus staff training, test administrations, test security, and test reporting.

Major Responsibilities And Duties
Serves as campus liaison to the District Assessment Coordinator. Coordinates the planning and administration of all State assessments, meeting deadlines for training and shipping materials. Attends all mandatory Research, Assessment, and Accountability trainings. Inventories, stores, orders, and distributes test materials. Organizes and tracks secure campus testing materials. Establish processes for ensuring campus confidentiality and security. Reads, interprets, and communicates numerous legal, procedural, and administrative manuals. Presents trainings to campus staff and answers questions regarding all aspects of State and Federal testing responsibilities. Organizes, schedules, and oversees campus testing program including room and test administrator assignments, lunches, breaks, attendance, extended testing time, etc. Ensures the compliance of required State testing procedures and reports all testing irregularites to District Testing Coordinator. Coordinates the return of all testing materials and prepares scorable and non-scorable materials for shipment, according to State/District guidelines. Ensures parents/students are notified of individual results by State deadline. Acts in an "advisory" role by providing support, answering questions, and problem solving situations with campus staff and parents. Collaborates closely with campus administration, special education personnel, and student support team members. Manages data assessment software (Eduphoria) and serves as a resource by assisting campus personnel with ongoing training, reports, and data analysis.
Performs other duties as assigned, such as, but not limited to: Common Formative Assessments administration and teacher assistance with printing and scanning answer documents, AP/IB administrations, and PSAT administration.
Working Conditions
Maintain emotional control under stress, ability to lift and unload boxes (approximately 10 to 20 pounds), prolonged and irregular hours (at certain times of year), and prolonged use of the computer.
