Role & seniority: Leader, Product Marketing (Fraud and Verification); senior/management level overseeing a product marketing team and GTM for Interac Verified and Fraud.

Leader, Product Marketing, Fraud and Verification Who You Will Work With: The vacant Leader, Product Marketing Leader for Interac Verified and Fraud will report to the Head, Product and Partner Marketing, and you will guide the strategic marketing direction for Interac’s Verification and a new Fraud product. You’ll position Interac as a leader in digital security and fraud prevention, developing integrated go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and growth. You’ll lead a team of product marketers, shape product narratives, and build sales enablement resources. What You Will Do: Strategy & Narrative Development Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Interac Verified and Fraud, driving adoption through targeted marketing programs. Craft differentiated messaging for B2B and B2C audiences, highlighting unique value propositions. For Fraud, lead strategic positioning work to ensure successful launch and growth, including market analysis and competitive benchmarking. Lead agency partners and stakeholders to develop creative concepts and customer journeys. Create sales enablement materials—playbooks, collateral, product sheets, and training tools—for internal teams and partners. Drive partner marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and generate new business. Market Intelligence & Customer Insights Collect and analyze market data to refine positioning and messaging. Define target segments and identify storytelling opportunities through research. Team Leadership & Collaboration Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team. Foster collaboration across departments and champion a customer-first approach. What You Bring: 10 - 15 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within payments, financial services, or a related industry. Proven experience in developing and executing integrated B2B and B2C go-to-market strategies, with a track record of driving product adoption and user growth. Strong understanding of performance marketing and the ability to lead teams and agencies towards industry benchmarks for cost-to-acquire. Data-driven approach to marketing, with experience measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. Experienced lifecycle marketer, experienced in building and optimizing automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong leadership skills, with experience building and leading product marketing teams Strong knowledge of major digital marketing platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
