Develop and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, data sheets, and scenarios. Validate ITAM and portal functionalities across multiple business processes (UAT, SIT, technical testing). Identify gaps in specifications, raise defects, maintain risk and query logs, and provide test evidence. Support automation testing initiatives and follow established testing standards. Analyze dependencies across releases and highlight risks or issues.

Your Profile 4-6 Years of Experience in ServiceNow Testing under ITAM module Experience testing ServiceNow, including the ServiceNow portal. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and testing concepts (system testing, acceptance testing, black-box testing). Ability to create and execute test plans aligned with project timelines.
