Role & seniority: Mid‑level to senior QA/test engineer specializing in ServiceNow testing (4–6 years).
Stack/tools: ServiceNow testing (including ServiceNow portal); UAT/SIT and technical testing; test plans, test cases, data sheets, and scenarios; defect/risk logs; basic automation testing support; SDLC/Agile fundamentals.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, data sheets, and scenarios.
Validate HRSD and portal functionalities across multiple processes (UAT, SIT, technical testing).
Identify gaps in specifications, raise defects, maintain risk and query logs, and provide test evidence; analyze dependencies across releases and highlight risks/issues; support automation testing initiatives.
4–6 years of ServiceNow testing experience.
Proven testing experience with ServiceNow (including the portal).
