Work Model: Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Network Automation Engineer to join a global Load Balancing team supporting a large-scale infrastructure migration project. You will work closely with network engineers and software developers to automate operational processes and support the migration of an enterprise F5 load balancing estate to a new platform (under NDA). The team operates in an agile, collaborative, and globally distributed environment.
What you’ll do Design and implement infrastructure and service migrations to a new platform Automate operational processes within the F5 load balancing environment Modify and enhance existing code to support new technologies Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines Work closely with service owners to coordinate migration activities Ensure compliance with change management and configuration standards Participate in a global on-call rotation
What you need to succeed in this role Strong Python skills (mid to senior level) with solid API experience Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible Practical experience with F5 Load Balancers Good understanding of networking concepts (BGP, Routing, TCP/IP, PKI, VMware, KVM) Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) Experience with Bash scripting and HashiCorp Vault Experience with code testing and code reviews Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Fluent English (C1 minimum) Strong communication and team collaboration skills Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Additional Information
On-call rotation: approx. 1 week every 3–4 weeks (17:00–09:00 + weekends) Long-term project (minimum 12 months) B2B engagement preferred
