Senior Validation Engineer (PMIC)
Location: Suwanee, GA 30024 | Reporting To: Sr. Director, Engineering

Engineers will be on specialized teams within either Memory (DDR5), Power (PMIC), or PCIe/CXL
Responsibilities
- Engineering characterization, failure analysis - ensuring reliability, performance, & compatibility
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute validation plans
- Building validation hardware and implementing automation to ensure quality standards
- Designing and running experiments, analyzing data, and presenting findings
- Performing testing and validating early silicon against industry specifications
- Investigating and resolving issues identified during testing to identify the root cause of failures
- Measuring data transfer rates, latency, power consumption, and other parameters
- Collaborating with hardware and software teams to resolve validation/performance issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, background in electrical or computer engineering
- Strong background with signal integrity and equalization
- Strong experience with power management/components (PMIC)
- Experience with DDR2 - DDR5, PCIe, or CXL interfaces is preferred
- Proficiency with Python and C++ programming for test automation, data analysis
- Experience with firmware and/or BIOS development is a plus
- Understanding of server platform architecture and industry standards
- Experience with testing and validation methodologies
- Experience with JEDEC specifications

Compensation
- $165K - $215K + 15% Annual Bonus + Equity
- Relocation assistance in form of a sign-on bonus
