Automation Engineer
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes that enhance production efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, robotics, and industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities Support design and integrate automation and robotic systems for CNC machine tools. Develop and maintain PLC programs for automated equipment and systems. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify automation needs and solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems and machinery. Conduct tests and evaluations of new automation technologies and equipment. Create and maintain technical documentation and reports related to automation projects. Provide training and support to operational staff on automated systems. Qualifications Associate's degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in automation engineering, specifically with PLCs and robotics. Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and CNC machinery. Familiarity with Fanuc robotics and CAD software. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
