Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Define, track, and report QA metrics (e.g., defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time, pass rate) and drive continuous improvements in QA processes, tooling, and standards.
Team Leadership: Guide, coach, and motivate cross-functional QA contributors (onshore/offshore) to deliver on scope, quality, and timelines.
SDLC Methodologies: Champion best practices across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, ensuring the right test approaches are applied to each delivery model.
