Responsibilities

• Understanding of Software and system requirements;

• Design of high complexity test cases, based on Software requirements;

• Implementing high complexity test cases in scripting language, complying with internal guidelines;

• Organize reviews for your implementation with other testers;

• Participate and give input as reviewer for other testers;

• Perform test runs and analyze results of the implemented test cases;

• Train and/or offer support to other colleagues. Act as mentor for new colleagues;

• Ensure optimal task delivery;

• Train and support other colleagues on tools, processes and his area of expertise;

• Act as a Test coordinator for big projects;

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field (i.e. testing embedded applications);

• Previous experience in automotive industry is mandatory

• OOP

• Good HW knowledge;

• Software testing principles;

• Embedded systems;

• Communication protocols in automotive applications (CAN,SPI,LIN);

• Software development life cycle;

• Python, CC++

• Good written and spoken English

• Derive test cases for high complexity functionalities from System or Customer requirements;
