DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will actively participate in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and processes, as well as serve on the facility’s Quality Improvement Committee. You will deliver QAPI training to ensure staff are well-equipped to engage effectively in performance improvement initiatives. In collaboration with facility leadership, department heads, and Performance Improvement Project teams, you will provide guidance on the use of QAPI tools and techniques, as well as support data collection and analysis efforts. You will promote the use of root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop effective solutions. Responsibilities include consulting and partnering with interdisciplinary support staff to monitor and evaluate quality assurance and risk management activities, ensuring patient care meets established regulatory standards and quality expectations. Additionally, you will take part in internal surveys alongside administrative and support services staff to identify potential areas of concern, recommend corrective and preventive actions to address staffing or operational deficiencies, and review follow-up reports to ensure timely implementation and to minimize the risk of recurring issues.

Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
Work hours are 8: 00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Required Experience, Training & Eligibility
QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of professional experience as a member of a multiple disciplinary treatment team in a public or private health care facility and a bachelor's degree; or Two years of clinical experience in an human services agency, including one year of administrative, evaluative, or consultative experience in a health care program; and a bachelor's degree with major course work in social work, nursing, health care administration, behavioral sciences or a related field; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
