💼 Experience Level: Consultant (3+ Years SAP / Application Support Experience) 🔎 About the Role We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialistto support a strategic enterprise initiative — ONE360 Dashboard. ONE360 serves as a centralized digital workspace that consolidates critical customer and partner insights, enabling proactive account management and data-driven strategic decision-making. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of dashboard configurations and data outputs. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Developers while gaining hands-on exposure to Agile product development (Scrum / Kanban). This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow within Product & Data environments while contributing to a high-impact enterprise solution. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Validate dashboard configurations prior to each release cycle Conduct functional, regression, and data validation testing Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of dashboard data Maintain high data quality standards across metrics and reporting views Identify and document discrepancies, configuration issues, and inconsistencies Review business logic and ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements Manage and refine product backlog items in collaboration with Product Owners Clarify user stories and acceptance criteria Document test cases, findings, and QA reports Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and validation frameworks Support Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) 🛠 Required Skills & Experience 4–6 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance 3+ years of SAP / Application Support experience Strong background in data validation, data quality management, and dashboard testing Experience testing BI / Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) Solid understanding of configuration logic and business rule validation Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and structured working approach Excellent stakeholder communication skills Fluent English (mandatory) 🌟 Nice to Have Experience working in enterprise-level analytics environments Exposure to centralized dashboard or strategic reporting platforms Understanding of product lifecycle management
