Location: Germany (or) Nearshore Countries, like Poland, Hungary, etc.

Work Type: REMOTE

• You will support a strategic project/ dashboard called ONE360. ONE360 serves as a centralized workspace that brings together critical insights and tools, enabling teams to proactively manage customer and partner accounts and drive strategic value through informed decision-making

Experience Level - Application Support: Consultant (SAP Experience 3+ years)

Scope of Services/Deliverables

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and overall quality of our ONE360 Dashboard. This role is critical in validating configurations, reviewing data integrity, and ensuring that stakeholders can rely on the insights presented. You will help manage the product backlog, clarify user stories, and ensure delivered features align with customer and business value. This is an ideal role for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on exposure to Agile product development, incl methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities: -

• Review and validate dashboard configurations before each release

• Perform thorough functional, data, and regression testing

• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of displayed data

• Ensure high data quality standards across all dashboard views and metrics

• Identify discrepancies, configuration errors, and data inconsistencies

• Collaborate closely with product owners, data engineers, and developers

• Document test cases, findings, and quality reports

• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and data validation frameworks.

Skills

• 4-6 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in data, BI, or analytics environments

• Strong understanding of data validation, data quality management, and dashboard testing

• Experience testing dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

• Ability to review configuration logic and ensure alignment with business requirements

• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Structured, process-oriented, and proactive working style

• Excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Language Proficiency: Fluent English with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
