The job profile for this position is QA & Testing Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. Responsibilities- • Hybrid position which includes leading testing team as well as project level test coordination of more than one portfolio project at a time across multiple applications; • Coordinate test planning to conduct functional and integrated test design and execution for a wide variety of internal projects; • Conduct end-to-end integrated testing and determine requirements analysis and test approach with the delivery and business teams; • Work with both onsite (Scrum Master, Product, QA and Developers) and offshore QA team members in properly defining testable scenarios based on requirements and acceptance criteria; • Help define test data criteria and partner with the data team to obtain the data; • Participate in sprint-level, integration, and regression test planning and execution; • Design and develop scripts to run automated tests to ensure consistency, repeatability, and ability to accelerate delivery; • Determine priorities for test scenarios and creates effective execution plans; • Conduct manual and exploratory testing, defect reporting, and triaging; • Analyze failure patterns and determine corrective actions to eliminate the errors completely; and • Adhere to the organization's quality engineering best practices while helping to drive changes to the company’s testing practices where necessary. • Hybrid Work Schedule. Qualifications- • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; • 5 years of experience in a related occupation; • Scaled Agile SAFe certification required; • Experience working in or with a client who is in the healthcare domain; • Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts, and executing the same; • Experience leading Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); • Experience liaising with clients to understand requirements for multiple applications; • Experience supporting the analysis of business requirements and functional specification documents; • Experience working with the Project Test Management team to work on project testing and coordinating testing for multiple applications; • Experience participating in client calls to provide status updates; • Experience analyzing business requirements, test design, and defect logging and tracking; • Experience supporting test data set up for applications according to requirements; • Experience working on status metrics by monitoring defects and updating management with the daily status; • Experience utilizing Agile Software Development methodologies; • Experience utilizing JIRA and Rally; and • Experience with SQL Server database testing.
