You will partner across global R&D, Product Management, and Customer Support to deliver world-class, reliable, and market-leading enterprise storage platforms to our customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO Define and own the Enterprise Readiness Quality strategy and roadmap for FlashArray and FlashBlade, balancing short-term delivery goals against the long-term vision for the world's best storage platform. Lead, coach, and manage multiple engineering teams and technical leaders, instilling best-in-class quality engineering practices and enabling a transition to Test-Driven Development (TDD) at scale within an integrated CI/CD environment. Drive and execute the "Automation First" Strategy for Quality Engineering, building robust automated test platforms and developer tools to accelerate innovation, increase developer velocity, and expand test coverage across all business units. Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and Customer Support to identify new use cases, close quality gaps, and establish clear, data-driven Quality Metrics that provide real-time visibility and drive team accountability. Act as a key leader and technical mentor, solving critical scaling challenges and partnering with stakeholders to continuously challenge the status quo and improve the processes and tooling required for explosive organizational growth. WHAT YOU BRING Expertise in scaling and leading multi-level engineering organizations (managers and senior engineers), with a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale, end-to-end Quality Engineering initiatives for enterprise products. Deep technical mastery and hands-on leadership experience in enterprise product ecosystems, specifically within File Systems, Storage (Linux kernel storage & drivers), or related system software domains.
