The Principal Quality Engineer is a senior quality leadership role responsible for driving quality strategy, standards, and continuous improvement across enterprise-level programmes. The PQE acts as a quality advocate, providing thought leadership, technical direction, and governance while working independently with minimal supervision. This role requires strong ownership, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a proactive approach to challenging existing processes to improve quality outcomes.
