Acting as a true center of excellence, we provide deep expertise, proven methodologies, and best practices for both manual and automated testing. Our mission is to ensure software quality and reliability for complex enterprise systems and digital solutions, while driving innovation in test automation, performance testing, and quality engineering. We also support clients in modernizing their QA processes, including migrating frameworks from legacy tools to modern solutions, enabling faster delivery cycles and improved product quality. The Principal Quality Engineer is a senior quality leadership role responsible for driving quality strategy, standards, and continuous improvement across enterprise-level programmes. The PQE acts as a quality advocate, providing thought leadership, technical direction, and governance while working independently with minimal supervision. This role requires strong ownership, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a proactive approach to challenging existing processes to improve quality outcomes. What you'll be doing Act as a Quality Advocate across missions and programmes, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle Provide thought leadership in quality engineering, test automation, and agile best practices Lead the automation strategy and roadmap across teams, ensuring scalability and maintainability Assess the current state of quality across multiple teams or missions and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities Drive automation metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness and ROI Guide teams on automation coverage, tooling selection, and test pyramid strategy Mentor and guide QE and SDET team members where required What you'll bring along Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in a similar role is required Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum) Strong experience in Quality Engineering, test automation, and agile delivery Proven experience leading or contributing to enterprise-scale programmes Hands-on knowledge of test automation frameworks (UI, API and backend), CI/CD pipelines, and quality metrics. Proficiency in modern programming/scripting languages used for test automation Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Self-driven and proactive, with a mindset of continuous improvement Confident in making recommendations and driving them to completion Balanced technical depth and strategic thinking Proven track record in defect management and SLA-driven environments.
