What will you do?
Own quality end-to-end across all Sidelines products: web and mobile applications, backend services, cross-platform integrations within partner sites, tracking/attribution systems, and large-scale data flows.
Define and execute the QA strategy: regression coverage, release gates, risk management and production validation. Design, build and evolve the automation infrastructure, expanding coverage across frontend, backend and system-level flows. Work closely with Engineering and DevOps on CI/CD, deployments, environments and release stability. Translate product requirements into structured, testable tasks and proactively identify gaps, edge cases and risks. Lead and mentor the QA team while remaining highly hands-on (70%). Make both technical and managerial decisions regarding quality standards, tooling and release readiness. What will you bring to the table? 4+ years of hands-on QA experience across full product environments (frontend, backend, APIs and integrations). 4+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, including designing, building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks. 2+ years leading QA teams with true ownership and delivery accountability. Strong experience with modern automation tools (Playwright experience is a significant advantage). High ownership mindset, structured thinking and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment. ׳
