Your future starts here As a Network Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and testing new network service models for our IP transport network, as well as automating tests and supporting the processes in operations. In this context, you will be required to work with a variety of technologies, network protocols and hardware. By working in a team and liaising closely with several network and IT teams, you will contribute to the delivery of an optimal and efficient network. Network service modelling using YANG, Python and vendor-specific configuration templates Build and deployment automation with GitLab CI/CD pipelines Creation of automated test cases using pyATS framework your Skills Excellent programming and automation skills (Python, GitLab, CI/CD) Very good knowledge of IP networking (minimum with certification such as CCNA) Experience working on Linux OS Proven track record in the automation of physical and virtual network services with Cisco Network Services Orchestrator (NSO) Familiar with NETCONF/YANG, REST APIs, XML, XPATH Experience with containerization (Docker) is a plus Experience using development environments (e.g. VS Code) and testing frameworks (e.g. Robot/pyATS, ideally Cisco CXTA/CXTM) is a plus Very good English Intercultural competence Experience working in geographically distributed teams Experience with agile ways of working (ideally SAFe) With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
