Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance across web and enterprise applications. This role will lead testing strategy, oversee defect and problem management, and ensure high-quality delivery within Agile environments while mentoring QA team members.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities and deliver testing milestones on time. Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases. Oversee functional, web, and system integration testing (SIT, UAT, regression). Manage defect lifecycle, root cause analysis, and problem management. Collaborate with PMs, developers, BAs, and stakeholders across Agile sprints. Contribute to estimation, risk assessment, and QA planning. Establish and enhance QA processes, standards, and best practices. Mentor QA team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts. Maintain test documentation and training materials.
Requirements
8+ years of QA/Software Testing experience, including senior/lead responsibilities. Strong hands-on functional testing and defect management expertise. Experience in Agile environments and QA delivery coordination. Ability to develop test strategies and manage full testing lifecycle. Exposure to web, API, automation testing (Core Java is a plus). Experience with mobile, SAP, or enterprise systems preferred. Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and analytical skills. Able to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
