Role & seniority: ServiceNow Test Consultant (consultant level)
Stack/tools: ServiceNow ITSM; ServiceNow ATF (automation); API and SQL-based validations; test artefacts (test cases, defects, results, test summary reports)
Develop and execute system and integration test cases
Manage defects and contribute to defect triage and test planning/summary reports
Contribute to ServiceNow ATF test automation and overall test progress updates
Experience testing ServiceNow or similar Enterprise ITSM
Ability to write and execute integration tests (API and SQL validations)
Proven experience developing testing artefacts (test cases, defects, results, reports)
Experience automating tests with ServiceNow ATF
Client-facing delivery experience and ability to work in fast-paced environments

About the Role
As a Servicenow Test Consultant, you will bring your technical depth, consulting mindset, and passion for quality engineering to deliver high value test solutions for our clients. You’ll work across modern platforms and enterprise environments, designing best practice test frameworks, building high quality test assets, and contributing to continuous improvement. This role is hands on, client facing, and impactful — supporting both delivery excellence and capability uplift within complex programs.
Responsibilities Develop and execute system and integration test cases Technically test integrations via service level testing Manage defects found during testing and contribute to defect triaging Provide regular updates on test coverage and execution progress Contribute to test planning and test summary reports Contribute to ServiceNow ATF test automation
