About the Role

As a Servicenow Test Consultant, you will bring your technical depth, consulting mindset, and passion for quality engineering to deliver high value test solutions for our clients. You’ll work across modern platforms and enterprise environments, designing best practice test frameworks, building high quality test assets, and contributing to continuous improvement. This role is hands on, client facing, and impactful — supporting both delivery excellence and capability uplift within complex programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute system and integration test cases Technically test integrations via service level testing Manage defects found during testing and contribute to defect triaging Provide regular updates on test coverage and execution progress Contribute to test planning and test summary reports Contribute to ServiceNow ATF test automation

Qualifications

Required Skills

Experience testing ServiceNow or similar Enterprise ITSM Demonstrable capability writing and executing integration tests including API and SQL based validations Extensive experience in the development of testing artefacts including test cases, defects, results and test summary reports Ideally experience automating test cases using ServiceNow ATF
