This role offers an exceptional chance to collaborate closely with local and global collaborators and drive quality excellence in our products. Responsibilities and Tasks: Assist PQA engineer in managing quality deviation and drive for closure of corrective/preventive actions to drive for deviation reduction and continual improvement. Conduct inline assessment and validate corrective and preventive actions to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers’ quality requirement. Monitor and keep track corrective action, prevention action and lesson learn fanout status. Use automation tool (Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau etc) to develop and enhance dashboards for quality metrics. Establish standard operating procedure for quality related monitoring. Perform Data Mining to identify quality improvement opportunities and assist PQA engineer in leading site quality improvement projects Requirements: Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or a related field. Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift (including night shift). Proven experience in quality control within an engineering environment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Excellent documentation and procedural development skills. Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams. Ambitious and diligent approach to uphold high standards of material quality. Ability to determine and successfully implement quality control protocols.
