Responsibilities and Tasks
- Assist PQA engineer in managing quality deviation and drive for closure of corrective/preventive actions to drive for deviation reduction and continual improvement.
- Conduct inline assessment and validate corrective and preventive actions to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers’ quality requirement.
- Monitor and keep track corrective action, prevention action and lesson learn fanout status.
- Use automation tool (Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau etc) to develop and enhance dashboards for quality metrics.
- Establish standard operating procedure for quality related monitoring.
- Perform Data Mining to identify quality improvement opportunities and assist PQA engineer in leading site quality improvement projects
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift (including night shift).
- Proven experience in quality control within an engineering environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Excellent documentation and procedural development skills.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ambitious and diligent approach to uphold high standards of material quality.
- Ability to determine and successfully implement quality control protocols.
- Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence applications is a plus
