Meridio is a remote-first company on a mission to make health benefits for small businesses simple, affordable, and accessible. As we scale smart, we’re investing in internal systems that let a small team do outsized work. In this role, you’ll focus on internal tools, automation, and system stitching. You’ll build lightweight interfaces, automate workflows, and connect systems so teams can move faster — without pulling product or core engineering into internal tooling work. We’re a small, scrappy team — which means not every problem is perfectly defined, priorities can evolve, and no two days look the same. We value good judgment, ownership, and people who are comfortable operating with context instead of rigid rules. If you’re energized by ambiguity, enjoy making thoughtful tradeoffs, and building practical solutions in a fast-moving environment, you’ll fit well within our team. This is a modern builder role for someone who loves reducing friction, experimenting with new tools, and making systems “just work.” You’ll report directly to our Chief Product Officer.
