Conduct verification and validation activities for assigned platforms; ensure alignment with requirements and standards
Develop and execute validation plans; coordinate with system owners; apply DFMEA for risk mitigation; prepare validation reports
Plan test bench equipment/infrastructure; ensure test specification compliance; analyze results; collaborate with engineering on needs and priorities
Must-have skills
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (HTL, BA, or MSc) or equivalent
First experience in engine/component test and validation
Familiarity with reciprocating engines, engine calibration, parameter management, DFMEA, and DVP&R
Analytical, proactive, comfortable with technical presentations; English and German proficiency
Willingness to travel; legal work authorization for Austria (non-EU citizens: provide authorization form)
Nice-to-haves
Experience with combustion engines (job experience, Formula Student, hobbies)
Strong communication skills beyond written English; comfort with development models
