Top 3 responsibilities

Conduct data analytics using statistical methods; ensure accuracy of outputs

Design/implement surveys, create standard and ad hoc reports, and present analysis to clients and management

Participate in reviews, assist in client-facing activities, and communicate results across levels

Full Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform data analytics activities through the usage of available statistical tools, software and
methods.
Analyze data that may come from different sources and make suggestions on the correct from

utilize
Ensure statistical analysis output are accurate Apply statistical methods in creating survey designs, implementation and data collection Creation of standard and adhoc reports/ analysis based on statistical concepts or models Participate in internal and external reviews of data analytics output Assist in presenting data analysis output to internal and external clients Ensure that statistical results are communicated properly to all levels of management Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Must be a regular employee of Ubiquity At least 6 months in their current role and department Average Scorecard Rating (3 months) should be at least 3.0 or Meets Expectations No active Disciplinary Action (DA) Strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum 2 years Quality experience Knowledge of Six Sigma or any other process improvement tools is a plus Knowledge on QA frameworks Extensive knowledge with MS Excel Should have experience in client-facing activities like client calibration, meetings, and
performance reviews
Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company; Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment; Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed; Applicants must be willing to work in our Bacolod Site.
