The Job Gather and analyze business/system requirements and convert them into structured test plans. Develop, document, and execute test cases and end‑to‑end scenarios, including required data variations. Test multiple functionalities thoroughly and record clear testing steps and results. Manage defects from submission to closure, including retesting and root cause tracking. Collaborate closely with developers, business users, vendors, product owners, and end users throughout the project. Support UAT activities, coordinate with users, and gather feedback. Review and improve QA processes, removing redundant effort and enhancing efficiency. Ensure testing activities are completed on schedule while working independently or with a team under tight timelines. Assist the Test Manager in overseeing overall testing activities.
The Talent Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent Min 2-3 years QA experience (banking industry is an advantage) Min 1-2 years BA experience or BA capability Agile/Scrum experience QA/BA certifications are a plus Strong in Excel; familiar with JIRA, SQL, API testing Proactive, independent, good team player Strong knowledge of testing methods
