sourceCode Australia is seeking a skilled Manual Tester with at least 4 years of experience in software testing, including web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong English skills (reading, writing, and speaking) and a solid understanding of testing methodologies. Experience with test automation is a plus. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through manual testing while contributing to automation efforts where possible.
Role Description Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications. Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools. Perform different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure test coverage. Work with automation testing tools and frameworks (if applicable). Ensure test documentation is up-to-date and follows industry best practices. Provide clear and detailed bug reports and test summaries. Continuously improve the testing process to enhance product quality. Ensure the application runs smoothly and bugs free in every release. Be able to join meetings with the foreign team, host meetings or demo new functionalities for the team. Find root cause of bugs
