Role & seniority: Systems Automation Engineer, mid-level (2–5 years)
Stack/tools: PLC, SCADA, HMI; industrial communication protocols; integration of PLCs, ATG, safety systems; Omega Digitz platform (DKI); documentation and control narratives
Design, program, test PLC, SCADA, and HMI solutions; integrate field devices into unified architectures

About the Role We are seeking a Systems Automation Engineer to design, develop, integrate and support industrial automation solutions centred around DKI’s Omega Digitz platform. This role plays a key part in project delivery, product innovation and customer support across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities Design, program, and test PLC, SCADA and HMI solutions Integrate PLCs, ATG, safety systems and field devices into unified architectures Support FAT, SAT, commissioning and project handover activities Develop clear technical documentation and control narratives Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Sales and CCC teams Provide troubleshooting support and technical guidance when required
What We’re Looking For Degree / Diploma in Engineering, IT or related discipline 2–5 years’ experience in automation or control systems Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA and industrial communication protocols Exposure to Oil & Gas or other process industries is an advantage Self-driven, analytical and comfortable working across projects
