As the manager of the QA team leading the quality assurance for multiple products centered on the company’s flagship offerings, you will be responsible for team management and the formulation and promotion of quality strategies.
【Responsibilities】
Management of QA team members (goal setting, evaluation, nurturing, 1-on-1s, etc.)
Formulation and promotion of QA strategies and roadmaps
Design and improvement of quality management processes throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and promotion of testing efficiency
Planning and execution of test automation strategies
Improvement of quality across the entire organization by sharing and addressing quality issues in collaboration with stakeholders, including Development and SRE teams
Recruitment activities for the QA team (recruitment planning, interviewing, and onboarding)

【Organizational Structure」 You will be assigned to the JPN-QA Team within the Innovation & Engineering Headquarters. There is an IND-QA Team based in India, and you will proceed with tasks in collaboration with managers from other locations.
