Role: QA Automation Tester
Exp Range: 5 to 8 years
Location: Bangalore(Hybrid)
Define and document the E2E Test Strategy and approach Identify test scope, objectives and key business processes to be validated Work with stakeholders to define the test environment, data needs, dependencies and secure the same. Identify and co-ordinate between different teams involved Setup the way of working with test execution and defect management Test Status reporting and communication Identify risk, develop mitigation or escalate when required Provide final test summary reports for Go/No-Go decision-making. Support with test case documentation and execution Support with enabling the automation of E2E test flows Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
We are looking for people with
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Experience using test management tools such as QMetry & JIRA. Experience in functional, non-functional, system integration (SIT), and UAT testing. Experience with project-tracking software like Jira and Confluence. Experience in defect tracking and reporting. Ability to generate test execution reports and dashboards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions. Knowledge of test automation and retail domain Strong communication skills Hands-on experience in test coordination, execution, and reporting. Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding business requirements.
