What you will get to do

• Design, build, and maintain robust low-code/no-code automations using platforms like ActivePieces, n8n, Zapier, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate
• Translate business or IT support workflows into scalable automations that reduce ticket volume, improve time-to-resolution, and increase end-user self-service
• Build re-usable modules, templates, and connection strategies (e.g., ServiceNow API integration, M365/Outlook triggers, Salesforce workflows, etc.)
• Debug and optimize complex workflows across multiple systems, including nested logic, retries, webhooks, and conditional branches

Technical Skills

• 3+ years in automation, or systems integration roles

Hands-on experience with at least 2+ platforms from: ActivePieces, Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, Copilot Studio, Make.com, Workato, etc. Comfortable working in hybrid Windows/macOS environments, preferably with tools like Intune, JAMF, CrowdStrike, Zoom, ServiceNow Strong understanding of IT workflows like new-hire onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and ticket triage Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, webhooks, and light scripting (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript is a plus
