Job Description The Power Conversion Test Engineer works closely with the power conversion validation team to understand the technical risks that are being evaluated with a given test. This role will primarily execute detailed test plans in the Electrification" lab. SAFETY is the highest priority program and the individual who secures this role will have a responsibility to "be their brother's keeper" in the lab, looking out for their team members safety also. The priority for the modular PCS product, which this role will be performing various validation tests to support, will fall close behind in priority. This role will not only execute the hands on testing, this role will be responsible for making test requests for lab resources needed at least one to two weeks in advance of the start of the test, ensuring that data quality documentation is up-to-date for the test zone being utilized, and submitting continuous improvement ideas for ways to improve safety, quality, and/or test efficiency. Wear all required personal protective equipment as required in the lab at all times while in the lab.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 5-7 Years of Full-time work experience (outside of academia)
Candidate must currently reside in the United States
Canidate must be able to be on-site and start by absolutely no later than March 16th, 2026

Team Structure
This role will be part of the power conversion validation and test execution team. This team is responsible for determining a new product’s technical risk and developing validation plans to mitigate that risk. This role will be running these validation tests, analyzing the data, and authoring post test summaries.
