Are you passionate about automotive technology and functional testing in real driving environments? We are now looking for a Function Tester to join. This is a hands-on role combining night driving, technical analysis, and close collaboration with suppliers in an international setting. About the role As a Function Tester within Adaptive Front Lighting (AFL), you will be responsible for verifying and validating lighting functions through structured function testing. A significant part of the role involves night driving to evaluate system performance in real traffic environments, followed by detailed log file analysis to ensure correct functionality and compliance with requirements. You will perform software flashing, diagnostic fault tracing, and vehicle configuration changes, as well as calibration using INCA. The role also includes VIL and DSN testing, working with Vector tools, coordinating and booking test vehicles, and maintaining close contact with suppliers. Occasional travel outside Sweden is part of the assignment, as testing and collaboration may take place in international environments.
