Test Acre Access Control, Video and Intruder product releases across PC software, firmware, hardware, and documentation against defined test plans
Set up, wire, and maintain test systems and hardware/firmware environments; generate test reports and log issues
Collaborate with design engineers and test leaders to define criteria; verify customer-reported problems (including site visits); support resolution
Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent
Strong practical knowledge of electronics, PC software, and networking
Experience in an R&D test environment; security/access control background; detail-oriented with thorough testing
Knowledge of R&D test methodologies and tools; familiarity with Agile; strong English written/verbal communication

Your Impact
Test Acre Access Control, Video and Intruder product releases (PC software, firmware, hardware, and documentation) against defined test plans. Build and maintain test environments to support product testing across our portfolio. Drive product quality by identifying, documenting, and verifying issues and supporting resolution.
What You’ll Do
Set up and wire test systems, hardware, and firmware environments. Test products to statutory and regulatory standards. Generate test reports and log issues. Verify and troubleshoot customer-reported problems (including occasional site visits). Collaborate with design engineers and test leaders to define test criteria. Work within a cross-functional Agile team. Implement automated testing where possible.
What You’ll Bring
Degree-level qualification in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent. Strong practical knowledge of electronics, PC software, and networking. Experience in an R&D test environment. Industry background in Security and Access Control. Attention to detail and thoroughness in testing complex products.
Knowledge of R&D test methodologies and tools. Familiarity with Agile principles and practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience working with different cultures. Competence in IT infrastructure and networking. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Clear documentation and technical investigation skills.
