Develop test cases, scripts, data requirements, and test scenarios for manual testing; conduct iterative analysis and testing
Lead and coordinate the testing effort, including UAT, usability testing, and accessibility/security testing
Validate digital product delivery against standards and playbooks; liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment across discovery to live stages
8+ years QA analysis experience
1–2 years Salesforce Public Sector Foundation (License & Permit) testing
Experience with Salesforce, DevOps, Visio, Project, and Miro
Knowledge of Ontario Digital Service Standard, Service Design Playbook, and Digital First Assessment approach
Test script/user story development; prototype testing; usability testing
