Description
The Irvine Test Engineering group is responsible for developing RF ATE production and characterization test solutions for highly integrated PA and LNA based modules.
Responsibilities
Applicant will be responsible for test plan development and HW/SW implementation from device specifications. Test implementation will include package level responsibilities during device development and mass production. Once in mass production, position requires manufacturing improvement efforts to achieve test time reduction, test quality improvements, yield enhancement, etc.
Position requires strong back-ground in hardware and software development on ATE platforms. Experience in performing bench level measurements, correlation and de-bug also required.
Required Experience And Skills
Position requruires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 8 years’ experience with RF ATE Test development. Experience developing measurement techniques and capability from DC-6.0 GHz. Excellent organization skills as well as strong verbal and written communication. Semiconductor industry/manufacturing environment experience required.
Desired Experience And Skills
Familiarity with C/C++ and Java programming. Familiarity with a schematic capture tool such as OrCad desired.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $114,400 - $220,200 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
