Akkodis is seeking a QA Test Lead for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH. The candidate will manage stakeholder communication and drive both manual and automated testing efforts using tools like JIRA and XRAY.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
QA Test Lead Job Responsibilities Include
Lead and manage QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of testing activities across projects. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and scripts based on project requirements and business goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and alignment of testing efforts. Oversee execution of manual and automated tests, ensuring coverage, accuracy, and defect tracking. Monitor and report on test progress, quality metrics, and issue resolution to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6–8 years of experience in quality analysis and testing, preferably in the banking domain. Proven experience in manual and automated testing, defect triage, and stakeholder management. Hands-on experience with JIRA/XRAY and strong understanding of QA processes in financial services.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
