Greet examinees, verify identification, and conduct required security checks
Continuously monitor exams to uphold integrity and ensure a fair testing experience
Maintain secure center environment, respond to candidate issues with urgency, and report incidents
High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of in-person customer service experience
Professional communication, accurate reporting/writing, multitasking
Ability to use Windows-based software; basic technical/ equipment handling
Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and move through test rooms as needed
Flexible scheduling availability (Mon–Sat, potential evenings)
College experience
Prior experience in in-person testing, security/proctoring, or similar environments

Schedule: Site may be open Monday through Saturday 7am to 6pm. Saturday availability required. Occasional evening hours required. Possible, Sunday hours. Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - between the hours of 7am and 10:00 pm. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling. Schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
