Description
Act as the Designated Supplier Quality Representative (DSQR) for customer source inspections, ensuring compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements. - Support SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and other quality documentation. - Lead or participate in Gage R&R studies and product audits. - Communicate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and customers. - Ensure compliance with export control laws and maintain documentation for controlled technologies. - Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and coordinate with Quality Engineers and production teams. - Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measurement tools and CMM equipment. - Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and CMM reports for conformance. - Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment and ensure traceability of inspection records.
