Apply quality principles across incoming material, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, and/or R&D for make/buy products
Engage in product failure investigations and corrective/preventive actions; ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards
Evaluate quality systems to identify deficiencies and implement improvements; support supplier and internal performance enhancements
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing/Fabrication Engineering, Quality, or aircraft maintenance

This is a deployed position in the greater Ft. Worth area. Candidate will work at one or more assigned Lockheed Martin supplier companies. (Telecommuter work location reasonably close to Lockheed Martin supplier locations as defined in agreement with the Lockheed Manager). This is NOT an out of area remote or virtual position. Candidate perform onsite oversight at suppliers on a daily basis.

Basic Qualifications
Pursing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing/fabrication Engineering, Quality, or aircraft maintenance related degree. Basic understanding of Structural Manufacturing preferably fabrication or assembly work. Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Desired Skills
Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Basic knowledgeable in surveillance of QMS / manufacturing processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiar with aerospace industry practices, production environments, and engineering processes.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
