Role & seniority: Manager of Systems Design Engineering – HSIO, PCIe/CXL; hands-on technical lead with people management responsibilities.
Stack/tools: Compute Express Link (CXL), PCI Express (PCIe), high-speed IO; post-silicon validation; validation automation; pre-/post-silicon verification; power and performance analysis.
Provide day-to-day oversight of the team, including feature enablement and validation of CXL, PCIe, and other HSIO features.
Lead resource prioritization, task planning, test plan design, and validation planning/execution for SoC programs.
Collaborate globally to improve post-silicon validation methodologies and develop validation automation strategies; mentor engineers, contractors, and interns.
BSEE/CSE/CS with 9+ years (or MSEE/CSE/CS with 7+ years) experience; prior management experience.
Knowledge of CXL or other HSIO domains; automation and validation methodologies.
Experience with pre-/post-silicon validation, power and performance analysis; strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication.
Recent semiconductor industry experience blending engineering and leadership.
Experience across different geographies and cross-functional collaboration.
