Role & seniority: Senior QA Engineer (focus on game testing and quality assurance for major brands)
Stack/tools: QA/testing of game engines and configurations; defect tracking and root cause analysis; familiarity with logging/troubleshooting tools; agile/waterfall SDLC knowledge; basic automation (nice to have)
Test and approve games for 888casino, MrGreen, and William Hill; validate server versions and configuration/engine changes
Oversee defect tracking across multiple teams, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
Participate in sprint activities (planning, reviews, retrospectives) and drive continuous quality improvements; assess release risks and provide mitigations
Solid QA experience and understanding of SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Fluency in professional English; ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and partners
Familiarity with logging/tools for testing and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Agile methodologies; basic automation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Test & approve upcoming games for the main brands: 888casino, MrGreen and William Hill. Test & approve new server versions in regards to games configurations and engines changes; Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and external partners to ensure quality standards. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to advocate for quality. Oversee defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution across multiple teams. Ensure root cause analysis and preventive measures are implemented. Detect, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Drive continuous improvements in testing processes to ensure comprehensive coverage and high-quality standards. Analyze potential risks in releases and provide mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards where applicable.
