About The Job
At Allianz Retail Global Services, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to take on a pivotal dual role as Release Manager and QA Lead.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality software releases while driving our QA strategy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Do
Release Management
Plan, coordinate, and manage software releases across multiple environments and teams. Define and maintain release calendars aligned with business priorities. Collaborate with development, operations, and business stakeholders to minimize release risks. Oversee deployment processes and ensure adherence to governance standards.
Quality Assurance Leadership
Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for all releases. Establish and enforce testing standards, including test automation and performance testing. Manage defect tracking and resolution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Mentor QA team members and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
3β5 years of combined experience in software release management and QA leadership roles. Experience working with JIRA for issue and project tracking. Knowledge or hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, GitHub, KafkaUI, ArgoCD, and AWS (a plus). Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and testing methodologies. Proven ability to manage complex release schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Insurance industry experience is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security standards in financial services.
