What you will do Validate control systems for ICE and hybrid powertrains in integration with vehicles. Calibrate engine control unit software strategies for optimal engine and battery operation. Propose settings to meet client specifications and improve product performance. Participate in developing new engine control software strategies. Instrument vehicles for validation and manage inter-system configurations. Build and manage validation schedules aligned with project requirements. Execute tests using Inca, DDT2000, DiagRA, and CANalyzer, and analyze results. Report non-conformities and ensure consistency with validation plans. What we’re looking for A proven track record in system validation and software calibration for powertrain systems. Engineering degree (preferably Electronic, Aeronautic, or Telecommunication Engineering). Excellent skills in CAN network analysis and use of validation tools (Inca, CANalyzer). Strong competencies in problem-solving and communication, with a collaborative approach. Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
