What you will do Define prototype plans to achieve QCD objectives and optimize reliability. Manage simulation activities for project development under TEI and QCD constraints. Ensure robustness of product and process design throughout development. Conduct validation reviews and ensure completion of physical validation loops. Capitalize digital know-how in product and process development. Align team actions with company strategy and lead transversal functions. What we’re looking for
A proven track record in product validation and mechanical project leadership. Mechanical Engineering degree required. Excellent skills in simulation management and validation planning. Strong competencies in leadership and transversal team management, with a collaborative approach. Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
