What you will do Lead execution of chassis dyno test campaigns, coordinating resources globally. Analyze feasibility of validation plans for assigned projects. Manage outsourcing of tests not performed in Horse facilities. Evaluate and propose upgrades for testing resources to meet project needs. Ensure validation plans are executed on schedule and meet quality standards. Represent the Testing department in meetings with stakeholders and clients. Validate emission tests and ensure measurement quality. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes. What we’re looking for
A proven track record in chassis dyno testing and product validation. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; Master’s in engineering preferred. Excellent skills in powertrain testing and project coordination. Strong competencies in decision-making and team leadership, with a collaborative approach. Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
