Role & seniority: Engine Development specialist (5+ years in dyno testing); requires bachelor’s degree; mid-to-senior level with hands-on hardware/calibration focus.
Stack/tools: Dyno testing equipment; fabrication capability; calibration and hardware development for launch; Andon system; PPE; CI/BPD processes; safety procedures; waste reduction methods.
Conduct dyno testing, fabricate and troubleshoot hardware, and develop calibrations to support new property launch.
Manual engine development testing and calibration activities across shifts.
Adhere to safety, quality, and continuous improvement processes; identify and escalate issues; participate in problem solving and team training.
5+ years of dyno testing experience (puma or similar dyno)
Fabrication capability and troubleshooting/problem-solving
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with puma or specific dyno platforms
Familiarity with safety programs, Andon, CI objectives, and BPD metrics
Ability to participate in cross-training and team training
On-site manufacturing/engineering environment
Shift schedule: 1st shift (pallet build and dyno cell), then 2nd shift for engine development; full-time position with rotating duties
